intro:
hello my pretties. this is my blog.
this is my first post here, and consequently there isn't anything of interest here yet, and, to be perfectly honest, i may never get around to updating it. Like most of you, i presume, i'm not taking this 'blog' malarky very seriously and the only reason i started a blog was because i was bored one night with nothing to do, and as my hitler-like flatmate refused to let me sit naked in the living room whilst watching the 'home and away' omnibus (talk about oppression!), the only thing i could do was search the net (naked, obivously) and...lo and behold! i stumbled upon 'blogger' and here i am. (still naked) (If you've read this far you're probably wishing my mate had let me watch my weekly fix of australian soaps)
by now, the more eagle eyed amongst you will have spotted two things:
1) my gratuitous use of brackets
2) a strong theme of nakedness running through my prose.
i apologise for neither of these as i believe that the latter is a metaphor for the open honesty that shall be expressed in this blog, leaving my emotions "naked" for all to see. (you may also have spotted a third thing, which is my tendancy to talk crap, which may better account for my ramblings)
I haven't really decided what im going to focus on in this blog, so feel free to email any suggestions/death threats/hate mail to: basketcase55@hotmail.com . I'm kinda hoping to evoke responces such as "wow", "yeees!", "woohoo" and "god this guy sounds hot". let me know how im doing...
